Job Summary
Manage and grow assigned strategic groups of clinics and ambulatory surgery centers by cultivating ongoing customer relationships and providing service recommendations regarding billing inquiries and process improvements. Deliver remote solution-based concept training, complete order resolution and account maintenance, and identify upselling opportunities to increase income streams. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics for improved forecasting accuracy. Complete required administrative tasks including expense management and maintain knowledge of the healthcare economics, reimbursement, and competitive landscape. Work independently from home in the Southeast United States with access to high-speed internet.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
- Previous documented account management, sales experience or course work aligned to marketing or sales
- Sales internships or sales competitions
- Drive for results; action oriented; strong work ethic and career ambition
- Self-starter who is passionate about sales
- Strong phone, written, and in-person communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Ability to work remotely from home requires a dedicated, quiet, private, distraction free environment with access to high-speed internet
