Monitor, record, and report patient symptoms while maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions. Demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development and utilize the nursing process to meet individual patient needs. Perform technical skills and procedures in accordance with department requirements and state standards. Promote hospital customer service initiatives and serve as an advocate for patients and families.
