Job Summary
Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the Nolensville Freestanding ER setting in collaboration with the care team. In this role you will monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions; order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests; apply knowledge of human growth and development to patient care; promote hospital customer service initiatives; utilize the nursing process for individualized care; and demonstrate the ability to perform technical skills and procedures. ERRN responsibilities emphasize compassionate advocacy, adherence to standards of practice, and contribution to positive clinical outcomes within a 40-year community healthcare context.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure by TN Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing from a compact state
- Current BLS
- ACLS and PALS within 1 year of employment
- CPI within 6 months of employment
- 1 Year of RN Experience
- ER experience highly preferred
