Job Summary
Manage NOKOUT operations by ensuring service items, disposable plates, and cutlery are available and taking stock records. Present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports while communicating with customers to take orders and coordinate dispatch riders. Ensure orders are packed and delivered properly, execute the daily cash-out process, and close total sales in the delivery section. Attend to customer complaints, record feedback, and stay aware of available menus. Perform any other assigned tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- BSc. /HND in Marketing, English, Hospitality Management, or any related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Officer or in related field
- Ability to learn menu items and specials
- Knowledge and understanding of different packaging methods
- Knowledge and understanding of business policies and procedures
- Good data entry and typing skills
- Knowledge of health and food safety regulations
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools
- Must demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, professionalism and sound judgment
- Must be able to adapt to changing work pressures
- Must be willing to work long hours and be very responsive
- Must be detailed oriented
- Must have a patient and proactive attitude
- Must have the ability to navigate stressful situations
