Noe Valley - Shift Supervisor

As a Team Lead (Shift Supervisor) at Philz in Noe Valley, you’ll supervise daily shift activities, motivate and guide a dynamic team of baristas, ensure exceptional service and cup quality, and uphold Philz core values. You’ll assign the right people to the right tasks, model hands-on craftsmanship, build relationships with customers and the local community, assess team performance, manage shift coverage and breaks, communicate performance to leadership, assist with training and promotions, support store operations and safety programs, and contribute to ongoing operational excellence.
