Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain backend components for scalable applications, focusing on server-side logic, cache/database management, and API integration. Propose architectural decisions, participate in design reviews, and implement products bridging clients to end-users while developing prototypes for new ideas. Identify and resolve complex issues within large-scale backend infrastructure and mobile platforms, acting as project owner to try out different technologies. Manage documentation of all code and functionalities, collaborating with DevOps and mobile engineers to improve the tech stack for long-term initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years+ experience in backend development
- Proficiency in handling scalability, security and performance
- Advanced knowledge and extensive experience with server-side programming languages (e.g. NestJS, Node.js, Python, Java)
- Understanding of Blockchain technology
- Strong organizational skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to juggle conflicting requirements from many different stakeholders

- Experience in blockchain development (e.g. Ethermint, Cosmos SDK)
