Job Summary
As a High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) Node Development Product Engineer, you will own the startup, qualification, yield ramp, and production readiness of new DRAM nodes for the ID1 fab. You will connect development to manufacturing by guiding process integration with deep technical insight, analyzing yield data and electrical failures to drive improvements, and partnering with Design, TD, Quality, and Test teams to resolve yield and performance issues. You will apply statistical tools and lab analysis to identify root causes and optimize processes, contributing to technology transfer at scale and ensuring successful production introduction. The role requires collaboration across cross-functional teams, strong problem solving, effective written and verbal communication, and the ability to navigate complex decisions in a high-volume semiconductor environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Familiarity with DRAM architecture, operation, testing, and process integration
- Understanding of CMOS fundamentals and performance characteristics
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
