Nocturnist - Physician - West Des Moines - $50,000 Sign-on Bonus

Nocturnist physician needed to join MercyOne West Des Moines Hospitalist service; BC/BE Internal Medicine required. Responsibilities include ICU coverage with Pulmonary Critical Care consults, managing high-acuity ICU patients, and admissions (avg ~8 per 12-hour shift) with APP support until midnight. Telehealth may be added in the future. The facility is a Level II Trauma center with a robust ED and ICU capabilities. Compensation includes base salary with incentives, paid malpractice, and a $50,000 sign-on bonus.
