Nocturnist Internal Medicine physician for MercyOne West Des Moines Medical Center. Hospitalist service with ICU coverage and Pulmonary Critical Care consults; admissions average 8 per 12-hour shift with APP support until midnight; 7/7 schedule with flexible options; telehealth may be added in the future; comfort with procedures preferred but not required; base salary with incentives plus a $50,000 sign-on bonus, paid malpractice, and a 403(b) match.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified/Board-eligible Internal Medicine
- Medical license in Iowa or eligibility to obtain one
- BC/BE Internal Medicine preferred
