Job Summary
Nocturnist role for Internal Medicine physician at MercyOne West Des Moines Medical Center. Responsibilities include ICU coverage with Pulmonary Critical Care consultation, managing high-acuity ICU patients, and 8 admissions per 12-hour shift with APP support until midnight. Base salary with incentives and a $50,000 sign-on bonus, plus paid malpractice and a 403B match. Telehealth may be added in the future. Required Qualifications
- BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician
- board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine
- Hospitalist/nocturnist experience preferred
