Nocturnist opportunity for a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to join MercyOne’s Hospitalist service at West Des Moines Medical Center. Role includes ICU coverage with Pulmonary Critical Care consultation, high-acuity ICU patients, average 8 admissions per 12-hour shift with APP support until midnight, and potential telehealth in the future. Base salary with incentives and a $50,000 sign-on bonus; paid malpractice and 403B match. Flexible 7/7 schedule options; community hospital setting with a Level II Trauma center in Des Moines metro area.
