Nocturnist Internal Medicine physician needed to join MercyOne's Hospitalist service at West Des Moines Medical Center. Responsibilities include ICU coverage with Pulmonary Critical Care consultation, managing high-acuity ICU patients, and admissions averaging 8 per 12-hour shift with APP support until midnight.
