Job Summary
Conduct internal medicine patient care during night shifts in Grants Pass, Oregon, with flexible block scheduling. Maintain BC/BE certification and work a minimum of 168 shifts annually to qualify for base compensation of $2,000 per shift plus $360 for night shifts. Earn performance incentives up to 10% of base compensation beginning in Year 2, alongside a $25,000 signing bonus and up to $15,000 relocation assistance.
