Job Summary
Nocturnist role handling overnight admissions from the ED, cross-coverage, and rounds with a tight-knit team of physicians and APPs. Responsibilities include rounds, admissions, and discharges with multidisciplinary collaboration; hospital has a closed ICU and 24/7 intensivists, so procedures are not required. Scheduling features a full-time night shift (7 p.m.–7 a.m., 7 on/7 off) with potential bonuses and opportunities for growth within the medical group. Proficiency with Meditech and the internal informatics platform is used in daily operations. Part-time and PRN shifts are also being entertained.
