Admit patients for all medical and select surgical subspecialties in a broad-scope nocturnist role at El Camino Hospital. Manage open ICU coverage with an intensivist available onsite 24/7. Complete an average of 120 overnight shifts and 40 swing shifts annually within a full-time, experienced hospitalist group. Earn premium pay with a guaranteed salary for two years, followed by shareholder eligibility after that period.
