Nocturnist Hospitalist opportunity at Saint Alphonsus Medical Group in Boise, Idaho. Full-time night shifts (7 on/7 off, 7pm–6am) with no call, engaging in inpatient care for a high acuity medical service. Hospitalists participate in teaching residents; typical daily workflow includes 14–18 patient encounters and 6–8 admissions per night. The role emphasizes a multi-disciplinary team approach within a Level II Trauma Center with duties spanning internal medicine and geriatric care in the broader Saint Alphonsus network.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- ACGME accredited Internal Medicine residency OR family medicine residency with hospitalist training
- Board certification through ABIM or AOBIM (or obtain within 3 years)
- Idaho medical licensure and DEA/CS registration
- Privileges granting at SARMC
