Job Summary
Inpatient hospitalist for adults at CHI Memorial Hospital in Ringgold, GA, joining the founding team for a brand-new facility opening in January 2026. The role focuses on diagnosing, treating, prescribing, ordering/interpreting tests, and managing discharge planning for inpatients during night shifts (7pm–7am) with reasonable census and closed ICUs staffed by Intensivists. Must be MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine; relocation reimbursement is provided along with a comprehensive benefits package and CME support. This is a hospital-employed, high-impact position with opportunities to contribute to patient experience and regional healthcare access, in a faith-based not-for-profit system under CommonSpirit Health.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board certified/board eligible in Internal Medicine
- Ability to obtain an active medical license & DEA for Georgia
- AHA BLS certification
