Job Summary
Inpatient Internal Medicine Hospitalist role at CHI Memorial in Ringgold, GA, serving adult patients on a nocturnal schedule (7pm–7am) at a newly opening facility. Responsibilities include diagnosing, treating, ordering and interpreting tests, discharge planning, and providing comprehensive inpatient care with a focus on patient safety and quality outcomes. Requires MD or DO and board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine; active GA license and DEA eligibility; relocation reimbursement is provided. Compensation includes base salary with bonuses and a relocation package; CME days, malpractice tail coverage, and comprehensive benefits are included. This is a hospital-employed role with a focus on building the founding team at a new facility opening January 2026.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board certified/board eligible in Internal Medicine
- Ability to obtain an active medical license & DEA for Georgia
- AHA BLS certification
