Job Summary
NOC Tier 3 Technician to join the 7x24x365 NOC supporting mission-critical infrastructure. Serves as the highest-level escalation point for complex incidents, leads troubleshooting and incident response efforts, designs and implements network optimization, and provides technical leadership to junior technicians. Responsibilities include root cause analysis, developing preventive measures, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining runbooks and procedures. Requires senior-level expertise in complex network troubleshooting, architectural knowledge, and the ability to make rapid decisions under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and extensive experience
- 7+ years of progressive experience in network operations, network engineering, or systems administration
- 5+ years of experience in a 7x24x365 NOC or similar mission-critical operations environment
- Demonstrated experience serving as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues
- Experience with enterprise networks with thousands of users
- Advanced industry certifications such as Cisco CCNP, CCNP Security, JNCIP, or equivalent
