NOC Technician II to monitor and troubleshoot DAS and 5G networks onsite in Chapel Hill, NC. Responsibilities include on-site fault analysis and remediation of In-Building DAS, performing DAS maintenance, handling Technical Trouble Tickets, assisting remote NOC support, maintaining ticketing and dispatch processes, and mentoring regional technicians. Required Qualifications
- Experience with structured cabling and low voltage projects
- Minimum 4 years of experience monitoring, analyzing and remediating RF systems, DAS, and 5G networks
- Hands-on troubleshooting of RF, DAS, and 5G
- Strong communication skills and ability to mentor technicians
- Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, Visio, and iBwave platforms
- Ability to travel ~15%
- DAS, 5G, and RF system knowledge; Familiarity with firewall and demarcation points
- A+, Security+, Network+ or equivalent certifications/degree are a plus
