Job Summary
NOC Technician for Data Center Facilities responsible for operation, preventive maintenance, monitoring and support of critical data-center infrastructure including EPMS, BAS/BMS, and cooling systems; performs Remote Hands/Smart Hands for tenants, diagnostics, incident response, and uptime optimization; implements and follows MOPs/SOPs/EOPs, coordinates with vendors and contractors, and maintains site documentation; requires experience with building automation, electrical distribution, networking, low-voltage wiring, and data-center software tools; shifts include day and night, with potential for rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other certified training in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Critical Facilities / Data Center infrastructure operations and management software experience
- Networking, routing and switching experience with equipment (Cisco, Moxa, Ubiquity)
- Experience with EPMS/BAS/BMS and DCIM
- CMMS experience
- Building automation / industrial control systems experience (Honeywell, Alerton, Distech Controls, Tridium Niagara N4, Allen-Bradley)
- OSHA safety compliance
- Ability to cover nights & weekends (rotational shifts)
- Excellent communication and customer relation skills
- Self-m starter with initiative and ability to work independently
Desired Qualifications

- Experience with CMMS
- OSHA safety compliance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends on rotation
