NOC Specialist

Monitor ongoing operations, networks, and IT service infrastructure performance, interpreting alert messages and performing required actions. Provide technical support for Enterprise systems, including desktop patching for Windows and Mac, and respond to security system alerts with appropriate escalation. Aid team members, System Administrators, customers, and merchants by applying operational knowledge, while providing helpdesk support for internal employees and performing some light customer service duties. Coordinate restoration of failed production services and adhere to NOC escalation, incident, and change management processes. Work a full-time rotating weekday shift schedule of 32-40 hours onsite in Waterford, Ireland.
