Job Summary
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect, assisting with personal care tasks like bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene. Support residents with mobility and transfers while administering or assisting with medications according to care plans. Build positive relationships by responding promptly to resident needs and monitoring changes in their conditions to report to staff. Schedule includes overnight NOC shifts from 10pm to 6:30am with available full-time and part-time options. Sign-on bonuses range from $500 to $1,000 based on shift and hours. Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred
- Prior Resident Assistant experience preferred
- Training in health-related disciplines and/or experience preferred
