Job Summary
NOC Manager responsible for 24×7 monitoring operations across client environments (cloud/Azure, network, server, endpoints), incident/escalation management, and direct NOC team leadership across shifts. Oversees alert lifecycles, escalation paths, and runbooks; drives automation to reduce noise; ensures RMM/ITSM tool health and incident resolution. Leads Major Incident Management, post-incident reviews, and CSI initiatives; delivers monthly NOC performance reports and client-facing updates. Requires 6+ years in IT infrastructure or network operations with 2+ years in a NOC supervisory role, strong networking and firewall experience, familiarity with Azure/Microsoft security tooling, ITIL, and leadership capabilities. On-site role based in Karachi, Pakistan.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 6+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure or network operations
- 2 years in a NOC supervisory/management role
- 5+ years in a 24×7 NOC or MSP/multi-client environment
- Strong network fundamentals (TCP/IP, BGP/OSPF, VLANs, SD-WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall policy management)
- Hands-on with Palo Alto, Fortinet FortiGate, WatchGuard, Cisco Meraki
- Experience with RMM platforms and ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
- Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Azure Alerts, Microsoft Defender/Siem tools
- ITIL v3/v4 Foundation or higher
- Proven incident leadership and communication under pressure
- Preferred: Azure AZ-104/AZ-700/SC-200, CCNA/PCNSE/NSE4/NSE5
- Scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, KQL)
- Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop/VDI in MSP context
- BCDR experience including Azure Site Recovery
Desired Qualifications

- Experience managing a 24×7 NOC or MSP/multi-client environment
- Strong understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, BGP/OSPF, VLANs, SD-WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall policy management)
- Hands-on experience with enterprise firewall platforms (Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet FortiGate, WatchGuard, Cisco Meraki)
- Experience with RMM platforms and ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
- Familiarity with Azure Monitor and Microsoft Sentinel or SIEM platforms
- ITIL v3/v4 Foundation or higher
- Leadership and incident management skills
- Preferred: Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-700, SC-200) and network certifications (CCNA, PCNSE, NSE4/NSE5)
- Scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, KQL)
- Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop or VDI in MSP context
- BCDR/Azure Site Recovery and backup tooling
