Job Summary
NOC Manager responsible for coordinating and leading a team of Network Engineers within Optus' 24/7/365 Network Operations Centre. You'll supervise shift duties, monitor infrastructure and dashboards, coordinate incident resolution, act as liaison between management and NOC engineers, prioritize alerts to optimize response times, and collaborate with leadership to develop training curricula for NOC technicians.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Network Operations Centre or comparable 24/7 operational setting
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure, monitoring tools, and incident management procedures
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks and respond effectively to urgent issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership capability with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
