Job Summary
As a Caregiver/Certified Nursing Assistant at Trustwell Living, provide person-centered care by assisting residents with ADLs, mobility, toileting, bathing, and environmental orientation; support dignity, privacy, independence, and home-like environment; follow resident service plans and infection control procedures; document and communicate resident status and changes to the supervising nurse. Must maintain professional communication, build relationships with residents, and contribute to a supportive care team in a full-time night-shift role. Required Qualifications
- Completion of Certified Nursing Assistant program with current license
- 18 – 24 months experience in a similar position
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- CNA when required by the state
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
