Job Summary
NOC CBRF CNA or RA role at Bethany Home in Waupaca, WI. Provide nursing-related tasks, personal care (dressing, hygiene, bathing), administer and monitor medications, record vital signs and weights, perform laundry and light housekeeping, assist with mobility and safe transfers, and support kitchen and resident activities in a homelike, faith-based senior living community. Must have a high school diploma or 3+ years of relevant experience, maintain exemplary attendance, and demonstrate strong teamwork and customer service. Flexible scheduling with shifts including the 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM NOC window; ability to work every other weekend and holiday. Competitive wages ($19-$22 per hour) with benefits and on-site perks.
