Job Summary
Assist residents with personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility transfers. Perform housekeeping tasks such as making beds and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms. Utilize eHR systems to track care plans and observe residents for safety changes, reporting pertinent information to the Resident Services Director. Deliver personalized care for all community members by intimately knowing their unique needs. Work full-time weekends from 10pm to 6am.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Full Time Availability Needed, Weekends Included (10pm - 6am)
- All team members and residents must be fully vaccinated or be eligible for a reasonable accommodation due to medical or sincerely held religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, preferred
- Experience interacting with and deeply relating to seniors
