Job Summary
Assist with the basic needs of residents in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly while providing ethical and respectful care. Administer medication in accordance with Title 22 regulations, order and reorder prescriptions following physician instructions, and monitor medication administration records to report errors. Schedule resident doctor appointments, progress documentation, and communicate with medical professionals to reduce pain and promote engagement. Maintain a safe work environment and ensure composure during emergencies. Full-time and part-time positions available in AM and NOC shifts with a $500 sign-on bonus. Walk-in applications accepted daily at the Bellflower office.
Required Qualifications
- Able to pass DOJ FBI live scan criminal background clearance mandated by licensing
- Able to pass pre employment physical and TB test clearance
- High school diploma or GED required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving and medical administration preferred
