NOC Analyst

Job Summary
NOC Analyst responsible for operational execution and incident management to ensure world-class customer experience. Key duties include delivering access network incident resolution, achieving high first contact resolution, coordinating incidents and major incidents (including technical bridges and war rooms), documenting case progression, provisioning and fulfillment of professional services, and managing inventory and data centre access. Emphasis on professional communication with customers and internal teams, adherence to SLAs, continuous improvement, and ensuring health and safety compliance. Requires a tertiary degree in network technology or equivalent, 2+ years in a NOC with B2B exposure, and ITIL experience; strong stakeholder/vendor relationships and ability to engage with senior executives.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary degree in Network technology or equivalent
- 2 years in a NOC framework with a business to business relationship
- 2 years of experience in an ITIL framework
- Highly competent in providing technical support for ICT and network services
- Strong stakeholder and vendor relationships
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives in our customer base and internally
- Strong influencing and communication skills
- Proven ability to adapt and change
