Job Summary
Drive Class A solo trucking routes in OTR and regional positions with no prior experience required; recent graduates may gain three months of experience before transferring to local runs. Complete paid training including a 120-hour driving school course if lacking experience, and pass a hair test and English proficiency assessment during orientation. Maintain a clean driving record with no at-fault rear-end accidents, major violations, or DUIs in the specified timeframes. Enjoy weekly pay via direct deposit, take your truck home, and access benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 Years of Age
- Must have a valid CDL A
- Must have 120 hours via truck driving school within the last 3 years (if no experience)
- Clean criminal background since the age of 18 (if 0 experience)
- No more than 2 MV's in the last 2 years
- No 15 mph over speeding tickets or major moving violations in the last 12 months
- No at fault rear end accidents in the last 12 months
- No year long gaps of unemployment in the last 3 years unless in school or self employed
- Must be verifiable
- No more than a 6 month employment gap in the last year
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Can't be terminated from the last trucking position
- Must be able to speak and understand English
- Must be able to pass a hair test
- No DUI/DWI in the last 10 years
- English (Required)
- CDL A (Required)
