Job Summary
Gastroenterology opportunity in a physician-led, private practice in Southern Maryland seeking a second gastroenterologist to join an autonomous, outpatient-focused team. 100% outpatient, office-based with no hospital obligations, Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm, no call or inpatient duties, and a clear pathway to partnership and ownership. Practice operates across Rockville, Silver Spring, and Bowie with multiple clinic sites, ASC access, in-house pathology, autonomous anesthesia model, and growing referral volume. Compensation package includes full benefits; potential ASC ownership and partnership opportunities. Ideal candidate is board-certified/board-eligible in Gastroenterology with 3+ years of experience and a preference for efficiency, autonomy, and a stable schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified/board-eligible in Gastroenterology
- 3+ years of experience preferred
- Comfortable in a fully outpatient, clinic-based model
