Job Summary
Gastroenterology opportunity in a physician-owned private practice in Maryland seeking a gastroenterologist for a 100% outpatient, office-based role with a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule, no call, and a clear pathway to partnership/ownership. Board-certified/board-eligible in Gastroenterology with 3+ years of experience preferred. Jointly operate across Rockville, Silver Spring, and Bowie clinics with in-house pathology and autonomous anesthesia; ASC access available. Independent, physician-led practice with no hospital obligations and a focus on efficiency, autonomy, and work-life balance. Opportunity to participate in ASC ownership and long-term practice growth.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified/board-eligible in Gastroenterology
- 3+ years of experience preferred
- Comfortable in a fully outpatient, clinic-based model
- Interest in long-term partnership and ownership
- MD or DO degree
