Job Summary
Greet guests, safely guide and load vehicles, and perform safety inspections before the wash cycle begins. Operate tunnel equipment, use bug prep guns, remove mud from wheel wells, and make necessary adjustments while adhering to all safety standards and E-Stop protocols. Execute the vacuum service process, maintain a clean facility including walls and trenches, and complete daily shift reports and nightly close-down checklists. Engage guests using the four steps of service, inform them about memberships, and train new team members on approved modules. Work outdoors in all weather conditions while lifting up to 50 lbs, attending mandatory training sessions, and following the LEAP conflict resolution process to ensure operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Willing to work in all weather conditions (cold,hot,wet,rain,snow)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- On your feet 100% of the day and outside
- Attend all mandatory training sessions
- Attend all mandatory team meetings and cleaning.
