Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Interest in payroll, HR policy, payroll regulations and employment law
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to payroll software and processes
  • Team player with a sense of humor and flair
  • Experience with payroll processes or HR services is a plus
