Job Summary
Build trusted relationships with clients primarily through telephone contacts; oversee the onboarding, calculation, and verification of client payrolls; guide clients in using SD Worx payroll ICT packages; advise clients on employment-related questions; tailor SD Worx offerings to client needs; develop knowledge across payroll and social legislation domains; contribute to cross-functional knowledge growth and potentially offer services aligned to client needs; opportunities for personal and professional development across multiple locations within a dynamic, diverse work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Interest in payroll, HR policy, payroll regulations and employment law
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt to payroll software and processes
- Team player with a sense of humor and flair
- Experience with payroll processes or HR services is a plus
