Emergency Room RN responsibilities include recording and assessing patient symptomology, collecting thorough histories, developing and evaluating care plans with the healthcare team, triage of life-threatening conditions, assisting with exams, diagnostic testing and treatments, and preparing/administering/recording prescribed medications.
