NJ Regional Lead/Senior Project Manager – Highways

Job Summary
Manage highway-oriented projects by serving as Project Manager, mentoring Department staff, and overseeing project schedules and budgets. Prepare technical and price proposals, review Requests for Proposals, and assist with workload and budget projections. Perform Business Development activities including attending marketing meetings with agencies and professional society events. Assist with Quality Control/Quality Assurance Reviews while ensuring compliance with NJDOT and NJ Turnpike standards. This role requires a NJ PE License and 15+ years of experience working on County Projects, DRPA, and DRJTBC. Competitive pay ranges from $150,000 to $200,000. Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience
- NJ PE License
- Previous experience with NJDOT and/or NJ Turnpike
- Served as a Project Manager or Highway Task Leader
- Valid Driver's License
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working on County Projects, DRPA and DRJTBC
