Retrieve and manipulate data using NITRO tools while creating visual models such as flowcharts and diagrams for process representation. Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing, set and manage permissions and access controls, and establish a centralized document repository for streamlined communication. Continuously evaluate and improve processes, systems, and solutions by conducting time studies and assessing system functionalities. Offer solutions for process optimization, automation, and control enhancements, and generate documents and maintain workflow logs. Deliver weekly status reports and comprehensive documentation while collaborating with technical teams to design solutions meeting business requirements.
