Job Summary
Design and develop workflows using NITRO Studio to automate business processes across different platforms. Retrieve and manipulate data, create visual models such as flowcharts, and generate documents while maintaining detailed workflow logs. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to manage expectations, coordinate user acceptance testing, and establish a centralized document repository. Continuously evaluate processes to identify optimization enhancements, assess risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Deliver weekly status reports and maintain permissions and access controls. Requires minimum three years of experience with NITRO Studio, SharePoint, and Office 365, along with strong process mapping skills using MS Visio and familiarity with Jira.
