Job Summary
Analyze system requirements, architectures, interfaces, and performance metrics to assess system behavior and gaps. Support backlog refinement, engineering investigations, and root cause analysis for complex system deficiencies. Synthesize performance and operational data to develop actionable recommendations for system optimization. Produce analytic and technical artifacts that are traceable to requirements and baselines while contributing to digital baseline management. Prepare documentation for integration, deployment, test, and evaluation activities. Contribute to incident and deficiency reporting, track issues, and provide decision-support briefings to engineering, management, and government stakeholders. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law. Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in systems analysis, data analysis, or related engineering analysis roles, preferably in DoD or mission-critical environments
- Experience analyzing system requirements, architectures, and performance metrics
- Experience conducting root cause analysis and synthesizing performance or operational data into recommendations
- Experience preparing and reviewing technical/analytical documentation to support integration, deployment, test, and audit activities
- Familiarity with analysis tools such as DOORS
- Familiarity with analysis tools such as IDSS Or similar requirements and analysis management tools
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following (or closely related field): Information Technology (IT) / Cybersecurity / Computer Science (CS) / Information Systems (IS) / Data Science / Software Engineering OR equivalent DoD/Military training and experience in systems analysis, data analysis, or a related technical discipline
- Active Secret clearance at time of hire
- Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI as required by the program
