Job Summary
Lead and coordinate NIS2 compliance initiatives across IT, security, and business functions by translating regulatory requirements into structured project plans and actionable workstreams. Drive execution of security, risk, and compliance programs while monitoring dependencies and escalations throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, delivery, and adherence to compliance objectives. Oversee governance, reporting, and audit-related activities to maintain accurate documentation and tracking standards. Communicate project status and updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Structure complex regulatory requirements into clear deliverables and deliver outcomes with a strong focus on accountability and execution within an enterprise-wide regulatory environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT project management or program management roles
- Strong experience managing cross-functional initiatives in complex enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with security, risk, and compliance frameworks (NIS2, ISO 27001, NIST)
- Familiarity with governance models, audit processes, and reporting frameworks
- Experience working with stakeholders across IT, security, and business domains
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and collaboration capabilities
- Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills
- Experience working in large, international environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
