Job Summary
NIL Partnership Solutions Coordinator to support execution of NIL campaigns for student-athletes, tracking inventory across assets, coordinating deliverables, and assisting with reporting. Works with internal property staff, student-athletes, and brand partners; participates in NIL deal activations and gameday operations; stays informed on NIL news and trends; liaises between internal teams, student-athletes, and external stakeholders; reports to General Manager; role includes early-career development within NIL operations and potential involvement in sales/fulfillment tasks. Requires ability to work 40 hours/week including home games and events outside traditional hours; preferred Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years in college athletics, sports marketing, NIL, or sponsorship support. Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across diverse groups
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to manage time effectively and follow established procedures with guidance
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
