Job Summary
Lead Visual Merchandiser role focusing on Nike store standards and premium shopping experience. Responsible for Salesfloor standards, VM fundamentals training for store team, VM equipment/audits, executing floor sets and mannequin changes, coordinating load-ins with the BOH team, implementing displays per Nike Brand and Retailor NA Sports standards, maintaining display care, and staying current with VM strategies and trends. Requires minimum 2-year VM experience in sports/fashion retail, related VM education or diploma, strong visual presentation skills, ability to translate reporting into merchandising strategy, and collaborative team relationship-building; open availability. Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada (in-person) and compensation around $20.10/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-year VM experience with a sports/fashion retailer
- Related Fashion school and/or Visual Merchandising courses/diploma and/or combination of experience/education
- A keen eye for visual presentation and attention to detail
- Ability to think conceptually and diagnose and translate sales/category reporting to an in-store merchandising strategy
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members
