Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager (Head Coach) by managing store functions (sales, merchandising, operations, accounting, etc.) or a specific floor/business; supervise daily activities of support staff; set team priorities and coordinate with other supervisors; apply management skills to improve efficiency and achieve objectives; recruit and hire top talent to ensure a diverse, energetic environment; set priorities to meet deadlines and develop plans for short-term goals; support brand plans, participate in initiatives, and prepare statistical and narrative store activity reports; communicate with the Visual team and oversee site maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive retail experience
- 2+ years management experience
- Availability to work weekends, evenings and holidays, and some overnights as required
