Job Summary
Head Coach leads Nike Retail Stores in Canada, responsible for hiring, training, and developing a high performing, customer-centric team who are brand passionate and focused on achieving premium consumer experiences and business metrics. Oversees sales budget achievement, KPI monitoring, cross-functional collaboration with departments (merchandising, home office), staffing and scheduling, and adherence to brand standards and store policies. Coaches and develops direct reports, drives staff retention, and partners with Talent Acquisition to hire in line with the brand vision. Ensures loss prevention, VM guideline adherence, and a great workplace culture while aiming to maximize sales and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years of Retail leadership experience in a multi-department management role
- Must work retail hours – Weekdays and Weekends, Evenings & Holidays
