Job Summary
Manage store functions including sales, merchandising, operations, and accounting, or oversee a specific floor/business in the absence of the Head Coach. Coordinate and supervise daily activities of business support staff while setting priorities to meet deadlines and operational objectives. Recruit and hire top talent, prepare statistical reports of store activities, and communicate with the Visual team regarding site maintenance. Perform work supporting brand plans and initiatives. Availability includes weekends, evenings, holidays, and some overnights as required.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive retail experience
- 2+ years experience in management
- Availability to work weekends, evenings and holidays, and some overnights as required
