Coordinate back-of-house processes, including inventory management, stock availability, and cash operations, while ensuring adherence to safety and loss prevention standards. Support store management in executing action plans to meet team and store targets, oversee pricing changes and promotions, and manage store opening and closing procedures. Delegate tasks, coach staff, and provide product consultation to drive sales. Work closely with sales, visual merchandising, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth store operations. Availability for weekends and holidays is required.
