Job Summary
The Back of House Athlete at Nike is responsible for delivering a premium consumer experience while supporting back-of-house operations. Responsibilities include utilizing strong customer service skills to connect consumers with Nike products, assisting with cash register operations, and supporting shipping and receiving duties. Candidates are expected to maintain an organized BOH area, perform product refill processes, and facilitate visual merchandising. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential. Flexibility in scheduling is required.
Required Qualifications
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
Desired Qualifications
- One or more years of retail and/or customer service experience preferred
- Flexibility to work a variety of retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs
- Passionate and knowledgeable about the Nike brand
Additional Requirements
