Job Summary
As an Athlete (sales associate), you will deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales by understanding individual customer needs and providing complete solutions through Nike products. Responsibilities include assisting in store operations, maintaining an inspiring sales floor, and supporting training of new team members. Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, the ability to perform physical tasks, and have retail or customer service experience.
Required Qualifications
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- One or more years of retail and/or customer service experience preferred

- Flexibility to work a variety of retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
