Davies is seeking an NIHL Claims Handler to join the Casualty team. Responsibilities include liaising with Disclosure teams for MOD services, handling allocated claims from cradle to grave, gathering evidence, determining and negotiating settlements within authority, preparing detailed reports on liability and quantum, and maintaining proactive professional communication. Requires proficiency in managing claims, understanding Civil Procedure Rules and the Claims Portal, a commitment to excellent customer service, and strong collaboration skills.
